For the beginners it is very essential to start up with a nutrition plan. A perfect nutrition plan is very important to build up or improve the lean mass. A balanced diet or a body building nutrition does not involve starvation as many are mistaken. It is very healthy plan and also includes all the major food groups such as proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
A body building diet plan always aims at more protein and also includes healthier fats than any other diet. It also includes energy rich carbohydrate sources and also suggests variety of foods that a person could easily consume everyday. It does not include junk foods and other snacks as it aims at being healthy to work out hardly. Various foods such as white flour products, fried foods, simple sugars and alcohol are considered to be far away from the list. For following a healthy diet plan to improve your figure then it is very important to be away from these unhealthy foods. It is recommended highly to take shorter meals such as 5-6 meals per day with an interval of 2 1/2 to 3 hours of time so that the rate of metabolism is increased.
The first meal includes 6 egg whites, 1 yolk and 2 slices of low fat cheese along with a 3 ounce oat meal. 1 apple or banana along with 1 cup low fat milk should be included. The second meal should include 1 whole wheat bagel, 1 tomato, 6 ounce of tuna in water and 1 tablespoon of low fat mayo. The third meal includes 2 baked potatoes with 2 cups of low fat salad dressing and 8 ounce of grilled chicken breast. The fourth meals should have 2 slices whole wheat toast, 4 ounce turkey breast, 1 cup low fat milk and 2 slices of low fat cheese. The fifth meal must be 8 ounce grilled steak, 2 cups salad or steamed vegetables, 2 tablespoons olive oil for dressing and 1.5 cups brown rice. Finally the sixth meal includes 1 cup low fat, 6 egg whites and 1 yolk along with half cup oatmeal.
Along with this diet plan a multivitamin supplement should be added to ensure the gaining of all the essential micro nutrients which is very necessary for the proper muscle growth and also recovery. Following this diet plan would provide with all significant proteins for building muscle, carbohydrates for enough energy and healthy fats for adding calories.
