Foe example, I would never dream of sticking a Big Mac in my mouth, I believe this is sacrilege, not because it is fattening, but because it tastes disgusting to me. In fact there is no taste, I would rather, broil a 100% pure beef burger, medium rare and stick it between a health seed bun, dressed with lettuce, relish, tomato, onion, organic cheese and bite into that.
Diet essentially means good eating, for good health! Not weighing your food and counting calories, while you nibble on lettuce leaves, just being sensible and eating what you know is good for you. Junk food is the worst thing in the world, but there is no need to be a fanatic about it.
I personally won’t put a Big Mac near my lips, but not because it is a burger, because to me it tastes like cardboard. I would much rather have a big fat, juicy pure beef burger griddled medium rare, topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, relish, pickles, cheese and onions, squashed between a toasted seed bun. Wouldn’t you? But I also wouldn’t like to eat a burger every day, or even twice a week, it is something I eat when I feel like it, and not just because it is easy to go to a drive through when I am hungry.
